Being an owner of a server I can relate that the hardest thing to do when setting up a server is getting people to join. It is really frustrating to have to wait 24 hours to bump my server again. I'm not proposing a shorter wait period, I'm proposing a different timing system. I think the system shouldn't run on a "wait 24 hours between each bump" timer, I think it should run on a "bump once a day" timer. What that means is that you can bump your server once within each 24 hour segment that are the individual days of the year. For example. if it is run on EST, I can bump it today at 1:30 AM but them I'd have to wait until 12:00 AM the next day in order to bump it again. I just think it would be super helpful to new server owners to help get people on their servers.

With that system, you could bump once at 11:59 PM and once at 12:00 AM a minute later. The reason it's set to 24 hours is to prevent that kind of spam.
I realized that but honestly if you do that it would be a waste of bumps and you'd only be able to do that once since after you post it at 12:AM you'd have to post it at 12:00 AM the next day to bump it again.
