A server cache system

Hello PMC,
I have been bumping my server on the site for a few weeks now, And one thing i have notices is that if you advertise at the peek time, my add will be built up in a cache then all the servers that also advertise at the same time.
In result of this i wait 24 hours to bump then i do it and my submission is already half way down the page.
I am suggestion that you could add a thing such as a que. so when you bump you server will go in a que and each server will be let out a few minutes a part
I understand there could be a huge congesion of servers all at the same time but there must be a way around it
Leave suggestions below?
