Server description error

Hey,
I wanna post a server but whenever i try to save, it keeps saying i need like 250 characters, i got waaay more then that, everything is good, but it keep saying that i only got 9 characters i dont know what i have to do lol i also got this one bug, that i filled in my title, everything was good, but then suddenly it said that my title isnt good LOL help me #confused
