I have a small minecraft server I run privately with a few friends, and, it's always worked fine, but all of a sudden it's running really badly, and only for me. I run it on a separate computer, anyone else connecting to it it's the same as always. My single player runs as it always has done, but in multiplayer it just lags uncontrollably. I'm not sure if it's just upgrading to 1.8, as it worked fine for about half an hour before I re logged with a world hole and started lagging a lot. It may just be a matter of time, but I've restarted the server and restarted my PC (the one I play on)
