Hello i am running a bukkit server and did everything right, port forwarding... everything

however there is one thing i have not been able to get past:
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
[info] Starting minecraft server version beta 1.7.3
[info] Loading propities
[info] Starting minecraft server on 2.99.91.148:25565
[warning] **** FAILED TO BIND TO PORT!
[warning] the exception was: java.net.bindExeption: cannot assign requested adress: Jump_Bind
[warning] perhaps a server is already running on that port?
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

PLEASE HELP, thank you

ps. if you help me and it works u may join and get free op, however abusing it will get you removed from ops list

Thanks again

Did you actually forward your port in the router, and not just put in the server.properties and assume that it would magically forward itself?

Did you actually do what I suggested?
If you decided to ignore my post and didn't kill the java process and try restarting your computer then I can't help you anymore.
IF YOU DID:
login to your router and check TCP and UDP are enabled for the portforwarding
open a cmd prompt and type ipconfig
CHECK you ipv4 address is the same as the one you are port forwarding

If you are having problems go to portforward.com

press CTRL ALT DELETE and kill the java process, then restart the server.
If it doesn't work then restart your computer (and maybe your router for good measure).
You still have a server running in the background from a improper shutdown.

Obviously you did something wrong.
Make sure you typed it in right and everything, and check if both the tcp and udp are forwarded, idk if that has anything to do with anything, but do it anyways.
