Server Manager Needed

Hello I am the Executive Community Manager of Cyborg Kit Pvp Server(s) and we all currently looking for a Server Manager. In meaning someone who can create the Permissions for players and set the groups such as Moderator, Admin, etc. We are not willing to pay for this so if your charging money then we have no intention of talking to you AT ALL!

What we would like you to do:
-Set up a Permissions Plugin and create the Moderator, Admin, Etc groups.
-Coordinate the groups with the certain permission nodes we need to be inserted into the right group.
-Find a good Kit Pvp plugin that allows players to do /kit and spawn with Iron armor and a Diamond Sword.

If you cannot set those up yourself you shouldn't be running your own server.
I know PermissionsEx like the back of my hand, and I can configure almost any plugin you throw at me.
