On our server page, everytime you look at the player count, it always 6/4 and never changes. Our server supports 32 players and this really affects new players joining because they always think our server is full. We have tried everything we can think of to resolve this and we are unable to find any answers to why this is happening. Any information would be helpful.

People will join your server no matter if they want to join.
Something seems to be buggy on PMC, mine is constantly telling me this:
Status: Status Offline Pinged: less than a minute ago
Players 0/Unknown
when my server is up, and has 16/200 people online
and when i Bump my submission, i still get 4 or 5 new players
