I've been recently trying to create my own MC server (For me its a big step Ok?) I have nearly everything worked out. Except one thing. I only have 63 Mb of Ram. Thats no where near enough for a server. I've tryed Task manageing and deleteing some of my big ones (GhostBusters,Skype etc) And I can't even free up 1 mb. Is my Laptop (Yesh I play on a laptop) jacked up or do I just plain need more ram?

Me too, but when you have 4GB of ram, it doesn't make TOO much of a difference XD
More RAM. The default is 1GB. You have 63MB. 63MB = 0.063 of the default, and even 1GB isn't good for big servers. Use http://canihostaminecraftserver.com/ see what you can get from that, but my verdict is that you just can't on that laptop, it's just way too slow...
You need to alot more RAM in to java i think or you have to do somethign funky with priorites i dont really know much beyond that
