Anyone who can help teach me how to get my server to start? Current ip is 192.168.0.100:25565... Which doesnt work unless the people trying to play are on the same network. Help?

thats your Local Area Network(LAN) ip, you need your external Wide Area Network(WAN) IP. Otherwise no-one but you can join, really.
