Server Unjoinable

I recently checked the ❒ indicating that my username, "abtaylor96" would be whitelisted on the Official PMC server. After further investigation, I cannot join and get a message stating: "Please see PlanetMinecraft for instructions on joining this server".
I am wondering if anything can be done about this or if the server is experiencing issues.
Any support is greatly appreciated.

I'd assume "only existing users" means "people who were already whitelisted".

I get this same problem... I became Journeyman today, and after ticking the box and making sure my username was correct, I had the same error.
