Hello people,
I'm working on a singleplayer project that I want to put online, if it's done. But the original spawn is outside of the actual building. So how do I put the spawn on the place I want it to be (like in most of the maps you can download online)?
Somehow SPC doesn't work anymore (I used it since 1.8 or so), so I can't do it with a command.
Thanks in advance!
Bob

Well, in my spawn point, there are 4 blocks of air (from the ground). McEdit notices when there are less than 3 blocks of air above your spawn point.
In your spawn point do you have any blocks above the players head? If so, how high?
Reason I'm asking is because if it detects blocks above the players head, sometimes Minecraft will spawn the player in the nearest open block to avoid the player from possibly being crushed over and over.

I tried using McEdit to set the spawn point, as you said. But everytime I die (Just falling trough the ground and I click the 'Respawn' Button, I respawn at random points which are close to the spawn point I set. But the problem is I still respawn outside of the building. So any other ideas?
Use MCEdit and move the spawn point/player inside the building
