Shared Experience

Say several people are working on the same project. The way the site is now, only one person could post the project. Although the poster would give credit to everyone involved, only the poster would gain any and all experience. What if there were an option to split the experience gained from a project to different users on the site? What if the project could also be displayed on each credited person's list of submissions?

I think this would encourage strangers on this site to be more proactive and helpful with others, and even create strong partnerships. I can see it now...

"Nice city you have going there. Need any help? I'm good with redstone!"
"Thanks! I looked at your submissions, and they're beautiful. This project is taking FOREVER, and I'm horrible with redstone. I'd love your help! I'll split the experience with you (a percentage based on how much work you complete on the project)."
