It would be pretty awesome/ convenient if there was a subscribe option for forums.
I can't even express how many times I have loved a forum thread and forgotten the name or other small detail. I know at least I and never feel like searching through a sea of threads to try and find it again. This includes: Skin and Sig shops, tutorials, and a lot of other useful things.

Due to blindness/ and or not looking hard enough I had not seen the one at the bottom of the page.

I have a new suggestion. Make it more visible, for blind people like me. C:

Putting it at the top of the page would be more convenient, at the very least. :>
