I've found a solution. Some people have been lagging, while others have their performance boosted. I've figured out that windowed mode is laggy. Change to fullscreen, and the lag will be gone.

Is this a joke? I think everyone has tried that already and if anyone did switch from a small resolution windows size to full screen then you might only get a slight fps boost, not something huge.
it depends on your computer. For me it works and for others it wont work.
If you're in windowed mode, the GPU has to render the game and your desktop environment, right? So I guess while in fullscreen mode, the GPU only has to render the game (albeit at a slightly higher resolution).
Meh, my GPU's powerful enough that it doesn't really matter if I play in windowed mode or fullscreen. Though, if I want nice ShadowPlay recordings, fullscreen mode is the better option.

I play full screen all the time and I have lag.

I really hope this is a Joke, because it's common sense that Windowed mode has less resolution, thus giving you better preformance. Fullscreen would just make the game have to render at a Higher Resolution. Thus lowering preformance .-.
Actually, there was a whole thread about this. Fullscreen runs faster, since windowed mode blah blah blah blah..., anyways... did you atleast try this out before criticizing me?
