Hey guys,

So a few days ago, I opened my Minecraft and went onto a server. I realized a had on a completely different skin that I had never seen before. The screen started flashing and signs, chat, words, and people (like players) were all flashing. It got worse the more I played. So I was afraid I got hacked, and changed my password. My skin ahsn't changed again, but the screen thing is still flashing. I deleted every minecraft file on my computer and reloaded it all, but it still was flashing. I don't really know what to do.

I have screenshots, but I don't know how to put them on here sooo...

If you guys could help, that would be great

Well all I can suggest is completely uninstalling Minecraft and downloading it again from the official website. If that doesn't work, then it is something wrong with your Mac.

Your mac probably gets more frames then mine then and it's newer so I don't see why you'd have this issue, I have a Macbook Pro and I'm averaging 50-70 frames and do not get this issue.

My only other suggestion would be is to make sure you have the latest LWJGL
and Java 7.

That happens to me all the time, I just ignore it, but if you make it fullscreen it stops

If I make it fullscreen, I feel like I'm having a seizure.

Your computer needs a video card that's better than your current one, try another game and see if there is another issue, if there is then you need a new video card. If there isn't then you need to properly un-install minecraft and re-install it. If the issue persists, contact Mojang and they'll sort it out for you.

It's probably a video card issue, which model mac do you have and when did you get it?
The skin thing is likely just something you did that you don't remember.
The flashing, however, is likely a video card issue. Upload them to www.imgur.com then link them here.

Oh also, I DID NOT change my skin to that. It was some weird thing I never would have chosen.

It's likely that you havn't been hacked, but if you are afraid, just convert to a Mojang account, and keep you're transaction ID in safe hands. With that, you have nothing to be afraid about. You have proof that it's your account, and they'll get it back.

Try updating Java if you haven't if that doesn't work is like Paril said, a Video Card issue.

Things that may be causing this :

1. Secret Settings
you may of triggered ne of the secret settings and its causing that thing , try pressing f4 to go back to normal or try just keep pressing the button in your settings.

2. You computer just can't handle mine craft anymore for some reason

3 If number 1 doesn't work try going back to 1.6 and see whats going on from there

4. IF still you can't find a resolution contact me on Skype : rainbowcow7
Id be happy to help

The flashing, however, is likely a video card issue. Upload them to http://www.imgur.com then link them here.

SwooceRoDahUpload the screenshots to a different website and get the urls. Then post them here. It would help to see what exactly is happening. Also, deleting the files doesn't always work. Make sure you correctly uninstall the minecraft program.
