System banned me for: "Spamming the server with requests"

I was scrolling through my history, trying to find my first ever instance of using the chat (I wanted to see if my grammar was good) when it stopped responding for a bit. I clicked the 'Prev' button a bunch of times to try and stop it from cracking up; then this came up:
Absolutely ridiculous.
Can this ban be lifted, and if not what is happening to SYSTEM?
I'm sure you're dealing with a lot of similar problems to this.

This is why you were banned, you were spamming commands and thus the system, which results in the system kicking you. This was a valid ban, sorry.
Also, notice how it says to contact a moderator? This is not doing that, it means PM them, do that next time please.
