Tekkit problems!
So, I just downloaded tekkit and went into it, but when I make a new world in tekkit, everything is BLUE! Like its only the sky. I also tried to join a server and it still does that. Can anyone help me out with this?

Try closing and re-opening it it that didn't work turn your sky on if its off and try changing the time a few times.
I am having this issue, too! How did you fix it?????
WeznezzReset your desired rendering distance.
Negative RD would explain the problem. Having not used optifine until after I installed Tekkit, and mine worked fine, I think that's probably the cause.
Just reset your desired rendering distance.
This might be related somewhat to using Optifine and using a render distance above "Far" before installing Technic/Tekkit. And Render distance gets set into the minus figures.

I'm having the exact same problem, what should we do?

I've fixed it everyone! No more help needed
Try looking at your terrain.png file. If it's all blue, there's your problem. If it's not, well, I just don't know.
Couldn't find anything there, got any specific answers?
It was the technic launcher for mac OSX
Was it the Technic Launcher that you downloaded? Or just some autoinstaller? You need the Technic launcher for it to work right.
