Texture Error

Not sure if this is the right place to put this but I have been having issues with my minecraft client recently where textures will be replaced with a "missing" texture. It seems to fix the problem when I reboot and change resource packs but it always comes back eventually and ruins gameplay.

So I'm just wondering if anyone else has had problems with this then here this is, and if anyone knows how to fix the issue please let me know.
