Ok to solve ur problem
download lastes version of mcpatchert click on ur hd texturepack this will crash ur minecraft yes but now exit out of ur minecraft click on patch the reopen minecraft ok?

Since you can't seem to give us the pertinent information needed to asses your situation, I would suggest you delete your bin folder and re-download Minecraft. This will give you a fresh start without losing your world saves or textures. Google it.

Texture packs come in standard (16x16) and HD (32x32, 64x64, 128x128, 256x256) Texture size is usually stated under the Progress bar on PMC texture pages. For HD packs, you NEED to use MCpatcher or have Optifog HD fix installed. Google it.
