I think that in most of the forum sections you should have some thread slayer code that locks a thread if there has been no posts in the past 3 weeks or so. Some things should be allowed to keep going like the server section since most of those are discussions about ongoing servers, but things like everything else, that is not the case.

A lot of forums have something like what you're talking about. Who knows, maybe after the forum is updated there will be a feature like that included.

yeah, because this will make it easier for mods so they don't have to check EVERY SINGLE post to see if it is a dead thread that had been posted on.
