I was trying to add a server to the listing, but then it gave me a message saying "undefined" No textbox, nothing. I have no idea what the problem is.

It really is generic, nothing happens other than that.
Perhaps you could just post a screenshot of the error you're getting? As you seem to be getting a fairly generic error..
