I have recently updated my texture pack but it says it was updated 4 hours ago and it is not refreshed on the texure packs page.

ok but it doesn't show in the recently updated section
i am having the exact same problem.
Except for me i'm only able to update once a day. It will be updated, but it says last updated 2 hours ago. And i have lots of new stuff that i want people to see in the recently updated section.

Keep in mind the 'Last Updated' time is not always correct and sometimes shows the wrong time. Also, be sure to add an update log when updating your submission.

You should only be able to update submissions every twenty-four hours. I believe this is the problem here. Try updating the submission now, as it's been up for a day.*
