This may have been already been addressed, but when I vote for a server, it will say it was successfully voted for but the vote doesn't show up under the votes for the month section.

Just wait for the vote counter to update. Refresh the page a few times/check later, and your vote should be there.
No, I mean the new system. It will say right under the 'Diamond' button at the top of a server submission 'votes for this month'. Then you can click next to that to vote but it won't show up under votes for this month.
