I just checked the updates, and it didn't mention name changing. Is it real or a fake rumor?

Dinnerbone is waiting until people start using 1.8? Ha! like thats gonna happen with the huge stupid fps drop.
My game runs a lot smoother now.
^^
Wait, 1.8 came out?
Herobrine ish bug tester
That explains why they have to remove him every update. Bugtesting AI is useless after a release.
I think it will come out when they have the ability to do it bug free, we can't just have people losing account ya know!
Off topic side note: They should do a long specific bug fix update that says at the beginning
+Added Herobrine
And after all the bug fixes
-Removed Herobrine
to mess with people that don't read the whole thing.

No, it will only come out when most of the community is using 1.8, according to Dinnerbone.
I would love if for once they would have "Herobrine has returned" at the end of the update list. Just to freak people out.
I'd do that if I was at Mojang
I'd be like: HI HEROBRINE!!!!!!!!!!!
Make it creepier say it like He's back(evil grin)
No it was an unconfirmed rumor but I guess it was official.

Herobrine is fake...
They should add herobrine as someone who can HELP you or add him as a SUPER rare boss
Hey, at least they removed Herobrine. Again.
It wasn't supposed to come out with 1.8; it's supposed to come out sometime after 1.8.
