What is happening with the website lately
1 The website is down alot and i have to press retry for a live version everytime
2. There is something going wrong with the banner. It goes all over the place

PMC tends to go down a lot, you probably just have to wait it out.
I don't know if it will help, but if this happens with other websites as well, you might try enabling javascript or downloading the newest version of the browser you're using
