Unless you're adding advanced stuff to it, html and css are all you need. It's generally a better idea to design your own sites without ripping off other people though. As Starguy said, codecademy is a good place to learn from, but the correct site is codecademy.com.

I've Found an easy website maker, its free and easy to use: Weebly.com It has alot template to choose from and it doesnt need coding at all!

Use enjin (enjin.com). They have many easy to use templates as well as minecraft integration. Check out mine if you want, its slightly different to what you want but check it out.
