All across the world, whether in the ocean or on the side of the road, plastic pollution is taking over.


People litter at a rate you can't even imagine, trashing the beautiful world we live in.


It harms both the places live, and also animals all across the world.


Fish in the ocean are becoming poisoned by the plastic when they eat it, mistaking it for food.


Birds too eat the plastic, mistaking it for a tasty morsel.


Sea Turtles, Dolphins, Bears, they are all eating this terrible material we have brought upon the world.


We produce it at much too fast of a rate, and it is impossible for nature to destroy it, so the entire world is covered in the vile stuff, even the most far-out islands in the ocean.


We must end this.


This all comes to this conclusion: I challenge you to the Plastic Challenge.

There are two separate parts in the Plastic Challenge, the first one being this: Go one entire day while touching as little plastic as possible. If you can do this and have touched under fifteen items made of plastic, I will be very pleased at your effort. ; )


The Second Part it this: To go outside any day you like, for at least half an hour, and clean up all the plastic you see strewn across the ground.
