Anyway, I can't tell you too much of what's happened on PMC since I don't keep tabs that closely on it, but I can tell you one thing that happened that I think is super exciting.
One of my passions is promoting education in gaming, and I think Minecraft is an excellent platform for it. I have a school on my server with actual educational content and I had put some of it up on PMC and created some education-related projects. I didn't really have an appropriate way to tag these though so I asked if an educational tag could be added to PMC. I don't want to say everyone was rude but I did feel a little like I was being laughed off PMC for my idea. I forgot all about it and moved on with my #nerdlife, but what do you know happened a couple years later? I was pleasantly surprised to get an email from a PMC admin who said they had never closed my ticked and since several other people asked for the same tag they actually added it.
So yup, that's one thing that's new, PMC now has an educational tag. It might not have been the most exciting update you were looking for but hey, at least you learned something ;).
