Your post does NOT inspire confidence.

You'll do better if you post in a proper, professional manner.

You'll get more work if you spell things correctly and take some time.

sublime is basically an IDE. Has a ton of autocomplete functions. Not sure if it allows you to compile though. You might be able to automate compile commands, especially if you're using linux as an OS.

One of my friends uses sublime for writing his c++ code. Another friend uses it for programming with node.js. Don't be so quick to jump on a guy for offering free services to people. Even if his skill isn't too good, he's at least offering to help out for free.

There's nothing wrong with using Notepad, it's just more difficult. I use Notepad++, Netbeans and Monodevelop depending on what language I'm using. Op, what exactly are you offering, and will you be compiling it etc? Fix up your spelling a bit too ;D

Isn't PHPStorm amazing? Try the clipboard comparison. It's like instananeous version control.

And to bring it back on topic:

@OP...Notepad is an excellent beginners programming interface due to its simplicity. However I would recommend some IDE. They are all better and more efficient then Notepad.
