How do I create collections? I managed to create only one, but I can't seem to create more than one

However, in https://www.planetminecraft.com/ at the upper right (under the servers/blogs/forums column) should be "My Collections " with a down arrow ▼
Click the ▼ and you ought to get a dropdown menu showing "New Folder+ +Collection"
The + collection there just worked when I tried it
