1. Would forums be the best place to post a story I made? and
2. Would forums also be a good place to put cool seeds I found?

when i press the "IMG" tab it only brings up some text

I know. Press upload file, find the folder, press open then press save and you are done.

If it was broken then it wouldn't work for me but it DOES work for me.
how do i insert an image onto a new post, i don't know where to find URLs either
A URL is the thing at the top of the page for example: http://www.planetminecraft.com/forums.
And for images press the Image and video tab on an upload then find the image that you want to add.
