Hello and welcome to Planet Minecraft!
I do not play the Bedrock edition of Minecraft, but I wish you good luck with your server! (* ^ ω ^)

Hello! how's it going?
Hello 👋
Can you tell me how I can get people to play with?
That's a very individualized thing…
Aside from the obvious of getting your existing friends/family into the game, the most direct way to find a group may be to check out the various forum posts looking for players.
If you're interested in getting players to join your server [ https://www.planetminecraft.com/bedrock-server/labaskogama-server/ ],
promoting a server is not something I've done myself (and comments make clear this is not an easy and straightforward task).
One technique is to post about the server: blog posts highlighting the spawn area and various builds may be helpful, as may "Let's Play" style videos (text accounts of your or the server's progress may also help if video is not a viable option).
Providing an accessible version of the server rules (including how you intend to support it financially) may also help.
"Punching-up" the tirle of the announcement is also recommended: "New Server" gives no specific information and lacks anything toattract attention.
Changing this to something like "New Bedrock SMP server playing on a map of the actual Earth" and including the rules and site info (or at least a link to these) in the post could help encourage interest.
[The bit about the map is a guess based on the banner and server name — ignore this if I've misinterpreted, but the basic idea of providing a hook to get people interested enough to read more continues to apply.]

So pretty much clickbait
Well, "honest clickbait" (if you'll forgive the apparent oxymoron)…
[Clickbait, to me, implies one is being dishonest or disingenuous in what one says whereas I'm suggesting making the title and body of the announcements interesting (while remianing honest about the server).]
As an example:
Cat Lovers' ReLooting employs a bit of wordplay (and a cute image) to increase the 'draw' versus plain text that said "Change cat loot & gifts"
but is an accurate description of what the pack does.
[Relooting being taken as changes to the loot table and the cat gifts (which can be considered a form of 'loot'), and " Cat lovers' " being an expression of my opinion that people who like cats will approve of the changes (particularly the removal of the string drop).]
Then there are bits like the cats' paws emoji in the body, and the drop shadow & shading in the graphic.
None of these is strictly needed, but making things visually attractive encourages engagement.
[Also, I like playing with graphics 😎 ]
