Well, hello and welcome to PMC! As much as I'd like to be able to give a good answer for both of your questions, I unfortunately can't do that because I'm honestly not that good at making skins myself and don't really have any tips to give out, and because I've never been to Skindex before (and based on some of the things I've heard about it from other people, I'm just going to assume that's probably a good thing), but I can tell you that PMC's skin editor is very simple and easy to use (or, at least, I think it's very simple and easy to use).

I probably haven't been of much help with your questions, but I'm happy to try to answer any more questions that you may have. And if you don't have any other questions to ask, I'm pleased to welcome you into PMC's wonderful community, and I do hope that you'll enjoy your time here.

hi and welcome to pmc! as for your questions, i'd say it's pretty similar in terms of posting skins. although pmc has a lot of other content and ways to interact with the community if you're interested in that as well
