Hello World!

Well, I am Tallguy and I have been playing minecraft since 1.7 in the Beta but I have just recently begun modding. I am waiting for my first mod, Materials Plus, to get the green light.

Just a quick anecdote, I find myself nearing the end of a 3v3 UHC with a group of friends. Our team is preparing to emerge to the surface and fight when all the sudden we see a name tag about 10 blocks above us and another just 20 blocks to the side. We all sneak and slowly make our way to the surface in order to turn around the ambush. We burn through most of our arrows slaying the player who way previously above us. We then see the two remaining players and we accidentally split up while chasing them. One of my teammates chasing the other player is slain, leaving us at a 2v2 and near even health levels. My teammate slays one of the enemies only to be finished off by a skeleton immediately after. By now, I am going back and forth with the only remaining player. We trade shots, getting us both down to very low health. With my hands sweating, I quickly switch to my bow and knock him back into a burning zombie for the win. Gotta love those sneaky zombies...
