Go to one of the sections. Scroll up top, and you'll see the 'New Topic*' button. Click it and make a thread. Make sure you put your thread in the right section of the forum though! Have fun.
Press on the "New Topic" button in the forum category you want, such as "Introductions, or "Minecraft Help". Then type your title and your body of text
