Uhh the welcome mail said that I had to do this so, here is this page.

I'm making some soldier steve skins, if you wonder why I joined.

Yes, it's considered a page or a 'forum'
You can say your name and age but it's not really required (just that you're over 13)

Age isn't important here or any private data(better not), you can speak about your hobbies, reason of join. I don't see any errors in your text, so it could mean that you are very good

Yes, this is the introductions forum (It has been long enough that I have forgotten precisely what that email said.)
Name, age, or other 'personal information' is discouraged. (Although many people do announce their birthdays as they occur {usually in a wallpost} )
[I'd add a name for yourself only if you have a strong objection to being referred to as Ignas or IgnasTheSoldier — which would be what I'd now be inclined to call you.]
Interesting feature: IgnasTheSoldier [obtained by typing an @ before the name] 'pings' the user so named [This is called a 'mention' in the statistics page and notifications lists]. (There is an eitiquette to when one pings someone, so go easy until you're comfortable with your understanding of this feature.)
There are 'Groups' of people interested in military skins etc. Searching the groups pages may lead you to some like-minded creators.
Not having English as your first language ought not be a problem as most members are quite tolerant of linguistic differences.
(You may, however, miss some things that are based on puns, malaprops, etc. e.g. pigskin & gridiron in this title Pigskin Pig (aka Gridiron Porker)
Also, some of the typed slang may require some effort. {e.g. "R U gonna 2 do UR post b4…" instead of "Are you going to do your post before… } )
