Better Wolves Mod Help

I want to make a Minecraft mod that makes Wolves into better pets.

I found a mod called Doggo Mod Overhauled, but it is for Fabric, and I play on Forge.

So I was thinking, what if i remade the mod for Forge?

Then on this forum post, I wanted some ideas for giving them different personalities.

But now I having a dilemma for my mod.

Should my mod be:
A. A Forge remake of Doggo Mod Overhauled
B. A mod that gives Wolves different personalities
C. A combination of the 2 in some way?
