If you are not aware, there is a mod that allows the user to wear a cape, what is unique about this mod is that it works in multiplayer.
once you have requested a cape,
simply download and follow the isntructions here:

or upload it here

http://www.minecraftforum.net/topic/710 ... cloak-mod/
^These Capes should be compatible with all three of the above, If for any reason they are not let me now.( The cape requires at least one of the above)
Also If you find any other mods compatible with this, let me know
Note: Fast Skins will be finished faster but Quality skins will have more detail!

Basically, It depends on the mod it is ment for, some differences are that you can define all sides of the cape.

I have finished the wolf cloak and the staff, not happy with the staff :/
