Channel Intro

Hey guys, Dubstep here. I currently am building my account up to be a gaming channel! We will post stories, tutorials, and other stuff but back to the subject. I need an epic intro video for our videos- the account nickname, or handle, will be Awoken Gaming. i would like the following:
-the account handle- "Awoken Gaming"- to be in it.
-Only about 15-20 second long intro.
-smooth transitions (if any)
-A black backround pattern (or just the color)
-the creators name at the end (Give yourself some credit!)
This is not a contest! It would just be a favor, which i would pay back by having you be in a video as a quest or something.Message me if your interested!
