I see some people with some pretty sweet class titles (Narwhal, Dragonborn, etc.).
How do you get those? I know I'm only level 4, do they come at later levels?

You get more as you level up. Theres a list of them and what levels you get them in the members tab.
Yes, they come at later levels. I just like using "Architect". Around level 10 you get a lot of classes.
