Create me a skin [Prize]

I'm looking for a professional skin to be created for me, here's some info you may need:
-Favorite color: Yellow
-Favorite number: 5
-Gender: Male

If possible, I'd prefer if there was a logo on the skin with the letter 5 on it.
If not, surprise me, I know it's not much. But I like to be surprised

I make my maps purely for the Yogscast, and it obviously has succeeded for my first map, Fadeout.
