Not sure if you've already added this, but you should add a function that clears your hotbar (will be useful for excessive users of saved toolbars)
Also some tools for widening rivers will be a blessing to all terraformers.
(keep a series of fill commands tapering toward the bottom with water below sea level and air above)

The rivers thing is actually pretty easy to do.
I just did it using command blocks. I can explain how if you'd like.

Maybe a command to stop slimes from spawning in superflat worlds?
just slimes, or all mobs? I already have it so it can remove all mobs

Maybe add in Basics you could get an iron axe and a debug stick, the iron axe for stripping the wood. You could also maybe find a way to make pro tools in the game so that making a big ol' cube to make a giant magma cube statue (IDK why) is easier, i think that could be done with something like /Pro which will give you the pro tools forms of various items.
I'm confused. do you know about creative+ it's meant for creative mode and the creative inventory just has stripped wool. also pro tools sounds like a whole other data pack entirely. nice idea though

Ohh, sorry, I'm not that familiar with data packs, but thank you for telling me that! I'm gonna try to make a data pack by myself someday so that helps!
Good Luck! 'm just starting with function data packs since JSON can be a bit tricky to learn. you also might learn a bit about resource packs along the way since you might need to retexture items with certain NBT data
