Custom Banner Request

Hello Minecraft Player (: I have a task for you such Nice Giving people to do for me I would like to know if anyone could make me a custom made Banner for a Server of mine. (:
Sadly Due to budget issues I can't give you a reward, But it would be nice if you could help out. So if your willing to Donate some time into a banner. Here are some of the requirements:
Has to be A Blue Background.(Maybe a water gif background if possible)
Must Have name of the server(JazyPvP)
Gif Animated.
List these Addons(Factions,Raiding,Pvp)
Website Address(Jazypvp.enjin.com)
And the I.P. of the server which I will tell you secretly in a private message.
So that's all I'm looking for. If you can combine all my request into a banner I will sincerely praise you.
