Hi,
I am looking for a plugin developer to work with on a custom plugin for my server. I will do my best to explain what i need below:
Plugin needs to:
Be able to contact a web server with certain information (geographic information on where the majority of the players are from, server id) and receive information every x amount of time
Then needs to be able to format a message and broadcast it to the server
Needs to gather information on players (IP, username, last active), chat contents and insert it into a MYSQL database.
Operate some of the above in a separate thread.
Have a few configurable options via a config
Check for updates via the Web-server.
That list more or less covers what the plugin will require, as this is a custom plugin for a single server, whoever develops it will not be able to post it up anywhere, or share it with anyone else.
If you are able to program the above list, and are interested in developing the plugin, let me know how much you will charge to develop a plugin such as the above and how long it will take you (via PM). I will of course provide much more information once i select a developer.

There are about a dozen plugins with your description. I would like to be a developer for you, but developers are useless when there are other plugins already.
