Custom Resource Pack for Server

Hello PMC.
I am in need of a server resource pack. I've been using a specific resource pack on my server for a while, but I recently came across the licensing for the resource pack, which does not legally allow me to modify that resource pack for the needs of my server.
I need someone to base a completely new resource pack on the one we were using, so that the builds we've made are still aesthetically correct.
The dimensions are 16x16, and I would like to see other resource packs that have been made by you.
