Dagger Plugin Request! $$$$ Prize!

Hi, I'd like a plugin where I could add "daggers" into my prison server. I'd like them to be pumpkin stems (ID:104). I'd like the daggers to do no damage extra, but give a poison one effect for two seconds. I would also like all of the pumpkin stems to be automatically renamed to 'Dagger'
I would also like this to always be activated, no activation.
