$5 a year for something that anybody can do?
Dude, most people can use groupmanager.
No offense, but asking for only 5 dollars a year sounds a bit shady.
If someone who ran a server needed assistance, they would simply look up a tutorial on youtube. Configs within bukkit is simple to use, and if faced with some difficulty, most plugins offer links to tutorials, or even have examples, and explanations.
