Can you make this a skin?

Okay. So this skin is really detailed for the amount of room I have to play around with. I tried anyways though. A couple of issues: the beard? It's hard to make realistic tentacles in an 8 wide rectangle :d And I couldn't give him a hooked hand because again, the parameters of the skin template do not allow it. If you don't like this skin, feel free to try something else for request.

So I have the shading and such for this skin improved but there's no way I can fit foster onto, like, his back or anything. I could wrap it around him, but then there would be letters that aren't viewable.
Okay, forgot the letters. Can you put a kiwi bird in the front and a pineapple in the back?
I dont want a custom skin made, i already have two, but can you take skins and tint them? i want one to have a subtle blue and another to have a subtle red on their suits

I looked up a few other reference pictures of that character using google's reverse image search and found a full body reference picture. This is what I came up with. Since she has the hood, the majority of her hair is under that, but I could try to bring it over the cape. Might look weird. It's up to you.
