Large spawn area

I am looking for a builder (or multiple) to create a brand new spawn area.

You will be provided with a dedicated server with a clean map and would be requested to build a large spawn region within boundaries given by me.

The spawn must be unique and handbuilt. The theme we are going for is gothic/castle made out of stone bricks, obsidian etc.

This is a paid request and we would pay anything up to $100 for something of the correct standard.

Just seems a little odd that a lot of these unpaid requests are fulfilled yet when someone offers $100 nobody bites.
