Looking for Plugin Coder

Hello fellow planetminecrafters,

I own the server FightCraft and we are being to become more and more popular 10 people, then 20, now up to 30. My server is basically a survival/pvp server and I'm looking for a coder to enhance server experience by creating a plugin designed for pvp.
